Insignia 19" TV NS-19D310NA19

Followed the instructions for simple direct cable connection. Did the channel scan. I have Comcast/Xfinity.  TV found 54 digital channels.  I can only see 1 channel (31-2) which is a repeating advertisment from Xfinity.  All other channels are crazy numbers with no picture or sound. I am using the included remote. What next?

Can you please share if you had reached out to Comcast/Xfinity for some advice? It sounds like the issue may be something they may be able to assist you with. Given that the scanned channels are populating it’s possible the issue isn’t with the TV. Also, have you double checked the input is securely attached to the TV?
