Insigna tv no sound on coaxial setting only.

My tv has sound on all inuts except coax.  Have a dish network receiver connected.  Both TV and dish are unmuted.  Other tv working off coaxial splitter is working correctly.  All other inputs have sound.

I unplugged tv for a minute and plugged back in.  Now working.

Just a question is your box capable of HDMI? This would be the optimal setting over HDMI unless you have a standard def set top box. I can see COAX for older televisions but never an HDTV.
