I have about 4 Amazon Fire remotes plus the remote that came with the tv. I have been unable to connect any remote and have been using the fire tv app on my phone which is extremely frustrating. I have spoken with Amazon many times and no go. They are usually very good at troubleshooting. Short of reseting the tv what can I do to get any remote to synch. I may need to speak to a support tech. Where do I start?

Thanks for joining our community. Having to use an app on your phone isn't nearly as convenient as using an actual remote for your television.
At this juncture, I believe that resetting the television is likely your best course of action. If you don’t want to give that a try, please call Insignia support at (877) 467-4289 to see if any other troubleshooting is available.
