Hi I am with charter and my tv is insignia and it is saying please run auto channel search what can I do to get it to start back working

Hello Rdean24,

 

Welcome to our community.  If I'm understanding correctly, it sounds like your TV is prompting you to perform an auto-channel scan each time you power it on; is that correct?  I'd be happy to look into this further if you will please reply with the model number of your Insignia TV.
