Hello,

Does anyone know how to show a photo through a USB on an Insignia™ - 43" Class F30 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV? 

I tried lowering the resolution --> did not work

I uploaded as a PNG file --> did not work 

I uploaded as a JPEG file --> did not work

Really need it for my menu and your help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out to us here on Best Buy Forums! I can certainly understand wanting support on your product.

Here's what I found regarding connecting a USB flash drive to your TV in order to show a photo:

1) Plug a USB flash drive into the USB port on your TV.

CAUTION: Do not remove the USB flash drive or turn off the TV while using the USB flash drive. You may lose data or damage the USB flash drive.

2) When the “View Pictures” message appears, press MENU. The photos viewer opens. 

Note: The Photos viewer only supports JPEG format images (with “.jpg” file extensions) and not all JPEG files are compatible with your TV.
