Hi there, I own an insignia 4k uhd tv. It is a firetv, the hulu app on my tv is crashing again and again. I googled and found this {removed per forum guidelines}, which works for 2,3 but the crashing issue comes back again. Should I reset my insignia tv? I'm afraid i'll loose my data, is there any alternate way to fix this issue.

Hi ryan987! Thanks for stopping by our forum. That's a great question, I believe resetting the device might help, if you're concerned about losing your data, you may try updating the firmware on the TV if that's an option. I'm not able to view the post to see what troubleshoot options you've tried, however you can also try deleting the app and reinstalling it.
