Hello,
In the past Black Friday I bought 2 TVs but the remote control of one does not turn on
(it must light an orange led),
on the BestBuy ofiicial page I can not find to change only the control remote, not all the product.
The model is NS-50DF710NA21.
I need an urgent replacement of the remote control(NS-RCFNA-21) but I don't know how, the INSIGNIA support did not help me much and I claim at BESTBUY because I am still under warranty.

Most remote control issues can be resolved by removing the batteries, pressing all buttons on the remote control, and installing fresh batteries. You can find additional remote control troubleshooting steps in the TV User Guide.
If these steps do not result in success, I recommend contacting Insignia Support at (877) 467-4289 for assistance troubleshooting your remote control and TV. I understand that you contacted them previously, but Insignia Support is truly your best option for further troubleshooting and arranging for the replacement of your remote control should that be deemed necessary.
