How do i fix a blurry screen on a Insignia NS-DR710NA17

screen resulution was fine till i hooked up my xbox one s and now it's blurry and hurts my eyes. it's blurry for both my xbox and cable.

I have tried resetting the picture settings on the tv and everything. nothing seems to work. just wanted to add that.
