Horizontal lines flowing down my new Insignia NS-65DF710NA21

We've had our Insignia NS-65DF710NA21 for about 3 weeks and have started seeing a single horizontal line scroll down the TV every few minutes or so. When the line moves down the screen, above and below the line the picture is offset. So far, we've seen it on live TV on the broadcast channels...during sports, QVC, SNL, etc. but not pre-recorded TV. It happens when the TV is connected to the cox contour box but not the cox mini box. The same boxes connected to other TVs don't cause this problem. We've switched HDMI ports, tried different cables, etc. This doesn't happen on the menu screens, on pre-recorded shows or the news, or on streaming services. Any suggestions?

Exact same situation here. Returned and exchanged first tv after experiencing the horizontal rolling lines. Installed new tv and same problem.

I have a 55 inch Insignia doing the same thing. Flowing line distorts picture as it flows from top to bottom. Especially noticeable watching football games, does not do it while streaming.

I have a 65” insignia doing the same thing. I have tried resetting and unplugging the tv. I’ve done the same with my cable box. It still has the same issue. My next step is trying a different hdmi cable. If anyone figures it out let us know and vice versa.

It has actually gotten worse since my OP. Live action still has the cascading horizontal lines, but now cartoon channels are glitchy and jumpy. It's as if the picture is stuttering.

I have been in touch with insignia. I have tried rebooting I have tried different cables I have tried everything I can think of and my scrolling of the bar is getting worse also. I have one thing left to try before I recontact them and that is swapping out a different TV. I will keep you posted if anything changes. I also copied this forum and sent it to insignia so they know it is just not an isolated case

I purchased this tv and had an issue with the horizontal lines after 1 week of using. Had them replace it and the new tv has the same issue . Looking for help!!

My resolution is only 540P now. I was getting 1080i with my cable box, but now only 540p.
What is going on with this TV!!

FYI. After 2 of these Insignia with same issue, we purchased different brand and have had no issues.

I think those not having issues are not using the tv for cable broadcast . The streaming services do not have the horizontal lines😡
