On a 43dr620na18 Roku unit... when turning on the TV, there's a horizontal line through the word 'Search' on the main screen. Below that line, the screen is jumpy, going back and forth between ghosted images of everything below the horizontal line. I'm trying to figure out if that's an issue with the screen or with one of the control boards.

You may wish to perform a factory reset to see if the issue persists. Go to Settings > System > Advanced system settings >Factory reset.

I reset everything and did a software upgrade. It still has the same issue. I'm trying to find out how to do a firmware upgrade but the Insignia page for this model only shows downloadable manuals, no software or firmware. Do you have any firmware info?

I was hoping that wouldn't be the case. In looking for a solution, I've seen way too many posts where Best Buy says talk to Insignia and Insignia says talk to Best Buy. Since you guys are pretty responsive on here, I was hoping you would be able to point me to the firmware file.

Our team only provides basic troubleshooting. The TV is discontinued so it's possible no firmware support is available or that may not be the fix for the issue. However, reaching out to the correct support team in this matter will help confirm this.
