At first it was giving me the green screen and that stopped after I unplued it for a little while. Now after a few weeks later, the volume doesn't work! Someone help please.

What model of TV are we working with? Are you trying to use the buttons on the TV, or the remote? Are you hearing volume but are unable to adjust it?
