I need to set the tv to channel 73 so I can get Dish receiver tv.  The tv will only let me do a channel scan and that finds 0 channels.  How can I set it up to receive channel 73?

Because of the frequency they normally use for 73, run the channel scan under Cable/No Box. Once it starts, cancel it, and key in 73 on the Insignia remote. That should tune you to the Dish signal, at which point your Dish remote will handle all channel changing.
