I hope someone can help me with this. I have an Insignia TV (NS-55DF710NA21). I have an Xbox Series X that I play on it that works great. I have no problems with it. I recently got a PS4 pro and i have been playing games on it and there has been some ghosting and smearing with movement on the screen. I am not sure what to do about it and I am not sure how to fix it. It often gives me headaches can be hard to look at.
I am currently using an HDMI 2.1 cable to try and alleviate the problem but it does the same thing as the 2.0 cable. I've tried to wipe the TV and restart it and I've also tried it in different HDMI ports. No change. Any help here?

Hello, shamwowboy,
Thank you for reaching out and for being a member of our Online Community Forum.
It is a bit strange to hear of this type of issue. Upon reading the first part of your message, I would have suggested trying another cable. However, it seems you have tried that, too. At this point, I would try troubleshooting on the PS4 settings to see if it may be resolved through that means, given it is only happening to that device.

The only other option that I would personally try is to connect with Sony directly to see if they have heard of this particular issue happening to the device. Based on what you've described, it seems the TV may not be the issue.
