I purchased the 55" tv back in October 2019 and the remote has worked fine up until a week ago. I have replaced the batteries and still nothing. So I went out and purchased a new firetv remote but because the original remote isnt working I cannot "pair" the new remote to the TV. I'm lost and need assistance. Please HELP
