Finding Frogger plug and play game

Just bought one of the Frogger plug and play games, connected the A/V plugs to the TV, but now I can't figure out how to get to it--none of the HTMI 'channels' work.  

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the reply.  The TV model # is E32C9ZNKAVBYNNX, Serial # {removed per forum guidelines}

The Frogger game is made by TV Arcade, bought it from Target.

Can you please double check the TV model number you shared with me? Usually the model number will start with NS-.

Hello Keith,

 

Thank you for sharing the requested information. 

 

Since your Frogger device is connected via the Component/AV ports, press the INPUT button to open the input source list and select Component/AV to play your game. Remember to ensure that the white and red cables from the game device are plugged into the L and R audio ports on your TV, while the yellow goes to the green video port. You can find more information on connections in the User Guide.
