My insignia Fire Tv model number NS-50DF710NA21 continues to broadcast loud Emergency Alerts and Amber alerts even when the tv is shut down. This happens at all hours of the day and night but is particularly problematic at night when my young children are sleeping. Is there anyway to deactivate these Emergency broadcasts from the TV?
