ESPN drops and wifi signal drops

When watching ESPN the TV will automatically reset sending everything back to the home screen once it has finished resetting. I thought the issue was related to the hulu app which it has turned out not to be after dealing the app and re-installing. The wifi signal will have its own issues as well. The signal will drop and in order to get the signal back, I have to reset the TV. I have the insignia model number NS-49DR420NA18

My friend, John-BBY, is currently unavailable, so I hope you don't mind me jumping in here to address your last post.  I'm sorry to hear that our Insignia support teams were not able to assist with your connection issues over the phone.

 

My best suggestion would be to schedule a service appointment with Geek Squad online or by phone at 1-800-433-5778.  Our Agents would be in the best position to take a closer look and see what repairs may be necessary for your TV, but I should note that any services rendered without a Geek Squad Protection plan would incur an out-of-pocket fee.
