Hello,
I just purchased an Insignia firetv. Every time I try to scan the antenna option for cable channels, it finds 4 channels, gets to 1% and reboots. The TV is not out of the box for 1 hour yet!
I would appreciate any assistance.

Hey there,
What's the model number of your TV? Is the firmware up to date? If not, try updating that and/or performing a factory reset to see if that fixes the problem.

Take a peek at your receipt or the back of your TV, or pull up the model number on-screen, and post it here. Then we can help find the steps to perform a factory reset. Alternatively, you can search the model number on the Insignia™ website and review the user manual.
