Channel scan not working properly

I have just purchased Insignia model NS-58DF620NA20.

When I run the channel scan it says 21 channels are found but the channels aren't there. If I hit the TV button it goes back to the channel scan screen. Please help!

Please disregard. It started working. Took about 30min.
