I have a 24" Insignia tv NA15 - I had to move the tv and after reconnecting the tv, the screen that appears when I turn the tv on is "Please run auto channel search". After I do that, the only buttons I can click on are "previous" or "exit", both of which wipe out the channel search. I cannot click on the "ok enter select" button, which is the only one that will take me to tv operation. When I click on either "previous" or "exit" it takes me back to the "please run auto channel scan".......
how do I resolve this?

I'll be happy to look into this for you if you will please reply with your TV model number. Additionally, what is your signal source (e.g., cable/satellite, antenna, disk player, etc.)?
