Audio Sync Issues with 55 inch Insignia

My Audio keeps getting out of sync with Voices on Tv shows mostly is what I watch, i have changed the audio settings from PCM to Dolby Digital, both have seemed to wrok for  a time, then within a day or 2 it goes back to out of sync again no matter which setting I have, this is the 1st Tv I've had with such an issue. I have a Sound bar connected with optical wire.  it's a 55 inch Insignia 4k with the amazon alexa

Exact same issue here with my Insignia 55" Fire TV which is less than a week old.  We can't even watch it it's so bad.

For now it seems to be Ok on mine, I changed the Audio Settings to PCM, try that and see if that helps yours out.

Thank you for your reply, I fooled around with the sound settings on it and changed to PCM and that seems to be ok right now, if anything changes I will post my model number and other info.

In addition to the option offered by @rspen46, you may also need to adjust other settings based on the connections and sound system you are using. For set up details enter your model # on Insignia support here to access the user manual. I hope this helps.
