6 mo old and screen is black; 24in; tried troubleshooting

Bought June 6, 2021 through BestBuy on Amazon. Screen doesn't come on, but I can hear mouse clicks on the tv itself. Screen is extremely dark blue/nearly black but slight difference than 'off' appearance.

 

Tried shining flashlight on it- nothing. Tried unplugging, leaving it to rest (even over night), replug- nothing. Tried different outlet- nothing. Tried holding down power while plugging in to reset- nothing.

 

Used sparingly because in my office. It was also plugged into a surge protector, so not an issue cause by me. 

 

Amazon site says past return date, which is listed as July 10, 2021. 

 

I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed. This is the first insignia product I have purchased and looking like the last. This has been an extremey bad year and this is just one more thing and is so defeating.
