Welcome to our community, and sharing your Insignia TV issues with us. I’d be happy to recommend a few troubleshooting tips first, and then discuss what options you’d have under your manufacturer’s warranty if you continue to have issues.
Have you confirmed this green screen issue is consistent on each input?
Have you attempted to power cycle your TV? You’re able to do this by unplugging your TV from power and any components you have connected to it. Leave it unplugged for a few minutes then connect all the components to the TV then plug it in.
Have you tried to reset the TV to factory settings? You should be able to this in your TV’s menu. Please let me know if you can’t access your TV’s menu and I’d be happy to review the TV’s manual to see if a shortcut button is available on your model number.
