Almost exactly one year ago, I bought my 39" roku insignia tv. It has sat in the same place for one year with no issues. As of last week, it started losing internet connection. My wifi connection has not changed. The tv placement has not changed. All other devices in my home work perfectly fine. When I google this issues, it seems to be a VERY common issue for people who have purchased this tv. I can't understand how you can keep selling it?! A television should last past one year. When I call Best Buy or Geek Squad, they say "too bad, you dont have a warranty." Really?? So, tv's wont last past one year, and you now need to make sure you have a warranty? This was a large purchase for my family, and I really can't believe it only lasted one year. Is there anything I can do to get this fixed (for free) or replaced? Do you have any suggestions on what I can do from my home to fix this? (Please dont say my wifi is too weak or not plugged in or any other wifi issue.. this is 100% the tv's connectivity.) I can't imagine buying a new tv after only one year of use. It is just heartbreaking to me.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forum. I know how frustrating it can be to have a device of yours stop working as expected, and when it's something so large as a TV, it's natural to want things to fix themselves right away.
If you will please reply with the model number of your TV, I'll do my best to help you explore what options we may have for you at this point in time.
I look forward to hearing from you.
