what can I do when I cant get my channels to stay on and I cant get menu to come up too. is the remote broke or the tv broken. help!

You never gave us any specifics on your TV. Can you elaborate on what television you have? We can give you some general troubleshooting tips. Also letting us know if you bought it from Best Buy or not helps as well.
