I have an LG smart tv that will not bring in all the antenna channels.from my HD digital antenna.
My other 2 smaller 32" tvs bring in over 75 channels.
But my 55" LG TV only brings in 7 channels.
Does anyone know how I can configure this TV to bring in all the channels?

It’s discouraging to hear that you’re having difficulties receiving all the over the air channels on your LG TV! I’d be happy to provide you some troubleshooting advise.
How are you scanning for channels? Are you selecting over the air, or cable? Sometimes scanning one way or another may have different results. Typically, Over the Air options will result in more.
What kind of Antenna are you using? Does each TV in your home have it’s own Antenna? Or are you splitting the signal among the 3 TV’s?
I look forward to your reply to learn more about your set-up.

Choosing to cut the cord can be exciting, but also a bit of process. I’m sorry to hear that your newer TV only gets two channels. I understand that can certainly be frustrating when your older ones get way more.
Can you please share the model number of your TV, and your zipcode with me? How are you scanning for channels? Also, can you please share what kind of antenna you’re using? I’d be happy to see I can shed some more insight into this for you.

Thanks for confirming your model number for me! I really do appreciate it.
When did the issue start with only getting two channels instead of 70? Your TV is a 2015 model. I’m wondering if something new, or different connected to it may have changed how it’s performing.
Have you attempted to Power Cycle your TV? This should clear any of the cached data. You’re able to Power Cycle your TV by following the directions noted here.
Is your TV’s firmware up-to-date? I can see on Samsung’s Website they note they did rollout firmware near the end of October in 2015. If you had purchased TV prior to then I’d highly recommend double checking it’s up to date.
Can you please try to attempt to scan by Cable instead of Air when looking for channels? Sometimes choosing the Cable option may result in more stations and channels being found depending on how close the towers are.
Please let me know if the issue is still a problem, and I’d be happy to attempt to dig deeper into this for you!
