Having your Roku cut out when you're trying to watch TV doesn't sound fun, but I'm glad you took the time to let us know so we can try to offer support.
First, we want to make sure that your TV is connecting to your internet properly, as that could be why your Roku keeps cutting out. You can check on that by going to "Settings", and click on "Network". Once there, you should be able to view your network status and signal strength. If it's connected and has a good strength, you'd then want to reboot your TV.

Otherwise, if the connection is good, you can reboot your TV by going to "Settings" and clicking "Restart".
