i had just recently purchased a insignia 39" fire tv from my local best buy. due to me having to pay bills, i had to return it. so i got to my local best buy store, and as i stood there, i watched the people take it out of the box and break the screen while doing so. then they tried to place the blame on me saying i broke it when i saw them break it. so now im out almost $200. im needing that money for bills. is there any way possible that i can get my money back?
