ISP Comcast

Sound bar is connected with eARC\ARC to TV. Sounds works great but suddenly there is no volume menu when i up\down volume from comcast remote or tv remote. so i did try soundbar remote, press home and advance setup, System Settings, IRRepeater to ON. NO Luck

It used to work, but some reason volume up\down doesn't work (it doesn't show volume on tv)

Welcome back to our Best Buy forum community! I know I'm a big fan of my soundbar, but I can imagine it's less than ideal to have to get up and change the volume rather than being able to use the remote. I can certainly understand why you'd want to know what's going on so that you can have the convenience of adjusting the volume from your remote again. 

To clarify, you said that the sound is quality if great. Is the issue that you're not able to view the volume menu on your TV screen anymore, or that you're not able to adjust the volume of the soundbar from any of your remotes? If you could elaborate on what's going on, I'm happy to look into this further to see how we can try to help.
