I just bought a 32in insignia fire tv and it has no sound. Spreakers are turned on and I have no devices hooked up to it. Im using wifi which is working and when I play a tv or movie from amazon there is no sound at all. I just took it out of the box and it has never had any sound. Nor sure what to do. I even factory reset everything twice and still nothing.
