so, our dog ate both the roku remote and our sound bar remote. I have a sharp smart roku tv. It had a roku remote to control it right out of the box. Can I buy a universal remote to replace the two?

I don't want to use an app. I need a universal remote that'll control the tv and the sound bar, and the tv is a roku tv by sharp.

Hello JFOLI,
Welcome to our community. It sounds like your pup got a bit hungry and chose the wrong things to snack on!
If you’re not too crazy about the idea of using an app to control your TV, you may wish to explore our selection of universal remotes here. Of note, this remote from RCA is said to have worked with major streaming services, such as Roku and Apple TV.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions, anytime.

Another remote that will operate your TV, Roku and DVD is the RCA RCR-313BR three-device universal (or the newest version, RCR-313BZ; the RCR-313BR is an older model and may no longer be available). I've been using this remote (RCR-313BR) with my entertainment system for some time, and like it quite a bit. I haven't used separate remotes for quite a while since consolidating my three remotes (TV, DVD, Roku) into one with the RCA universal. If you have more than one device in your entertainment system, a universal remote will make things a lot neater and easier. Much better than juggling two or three (or more) remotes and, as a nice bonus, it eliminates the clutter of several remotes on your coffee table (or wherever you keep your remotes).
