Hello everyone..I would like to connect a TV , DVD , and stereo receiver with a cable box? my 20 year old receiver died so I purchased a new one and the whole time that I've had everything connected when I would use the DVD player the sound only worked through the receiver and not the TV. I realize that this connection was never correct so now I would like to connect  the right way. A step by step instruction would be greatle appreciated. Thanks
