this issue comes up every now and then but I get contradicting answers and I cannot verify myself.
can someone with experience or know how, that has a setup where the internal LG player app is used (using NAS or USB) to play atmos soundtracks or remux uhd movies, tell me if loseless atmos will be delivered to the soundbar using the TV's eArc connection??

NOTE that most UHD remuxes has multi tracks inside so that fact that sound is played on the soundbar does not mean its the loseless atmo track - I assume you need to check the soundbar's app to see which signal it get (because it might default to 5.1 only or something lower).
