My atyme 500am7ud tv will turn on and then in a few minutes it just turns off. I have replaced the remote batteries, taken the remote batteries out, tried to factory reset, none of this works.

Welcome to our community. It's always at least a little frustrating when our devices don't function as expected. I regret that this has occurred with your TV.

If you haven't already, try power-cycling your TV by turning it off and unplugging it for several minutes. This should serve to reset the TV hardware. As regards your remote, remove the batteries, then press all of its buttons and install fresh batteries. This should resolve any issues with the remote control.

If the problem persists afterward, your TV will likely require repairs. I would recommend then that you call Geek Squad at (800) 433-5778 for further assistance.
