I have an Isignia NS-58F301CA22. The display is not HD. When I go into Settings/Display Settings, the only choices that come up are HDM1, 2, 3 or composite. As I use a firestick, I choose 1. Auto Aspect is on and the only option I see is 4:3 Stretch. If I switch it to off, the only option to chance is Picture Size, and only options there are Full, Wide 1, Wide 2, 4:3 and Native. Why do I not see 1080 or 780 options? What do I need to do to change my settings so that my display is HD? This tv is adverised as a 4K Ultra HD tv, so I"m very confused why I'm not able to see my screen in HD. Any insight would be wonderful. thanks

Welcome back to the Best Buy Forums!
Thanks for reaching out again. As someone who enjoys a good TV picture, I can understand the concern here. I would be happy to assist where I can. If you are looking to get that full HD picture, you should be able to just plug that firestick in and leave the TV in whichever picture mode fits the TV screen without cutting out the show or movie you are watching. That 1080p is the image quality, and the options for Full, Wide, etc. are the picture size. The picture quality is already designed into the TV, and the firestick should support at least 1080p.
If you are unable to get those setting corrected to get the best picture possible, then you might need to reach out to our Geek Squad 24/7 support at (800) 433-5778. They should be able to assist you with getting your TV and Firestick up a running. Although, if they are unable to assist, you might need to have a technician come out to troubleshoot this issue.
If you need assistance with setting up an appointment I would be happy to help!
