That’s a really good question and kind of hard to answer. I would say that it depends on the product you are looking for. I would recommend talking to Home Theater representative at your local store to see if they are able to order it.

Though not advertised very much, every client gets a 1 year labor warranty with the purchase of a HT GS install service.  The warranty starts the date the service was completed instead of the date it was purchased.  With this, if a client has any issues related to the original install within 1 year from the completion date, he/she may call 1-800-GEEKSQUAD and schedule a service call at no cost under the warranty to resolve the issue(s).  I think the warranty is one of the main perks of the GS HT services and it doesn't get advertised enough!

It depends on what you're needing setup.  The cheapest service is $99.99 where the most expensive can be $799+.  What all were you needing to have completed?

Rebranded now as just Magnolia Design Center, we are still offering our customers with outstanding taste for the best of the best and a one of kind experience through this partnership. From premium gear, knowledgeable experts, showrooms to wow, and projects big and small on their resume they have something for everyone.

Magnolia locations can still be found within select Best Buy’s walls or they can be found in standalone locations as our official partners. You can check to see if your local Best Buy has one or if there is one in your area here.

I highly recommend asking to see a few demos while you visit!

When shopping through a Magnolia Design Center a set of specialists will be assigned to you. It truly matters on how big your projects are, the bigger the project the bigger the team. These individuals are different than our Best Buy Blue shirted employees, they undergo a much more intense training process and learning program to be a part of Magnolia Design Center.

This goes for the same of the individuals that handle these installations, a special team is required to be able to this work. Our Geek Squad agents that service the Home Theater department of a certain store isn’t the same team that serves the Magnolia Design Center of that same store. The Magnolia Design Center’s installers are educated to be able to take care of those small projects of mounting a TV plus those huge ones like outfitting your whole house with all the bells and whistles.
