We know you want to get the best sound when enjoying your TV, so we appreciate that you decided to purchase your soundbar with us! However, the experience you described is not the one we wanted for you.
If you haven't yet, I highly recommend reviewing Vizio's support page for soundbar model SB3651-E6, as it has lots of videos to help with getting it properly set-up, as well as troubleshooting tips.
However, if you continue to experience trouble with the soundbar, you can call Vizio's support line at (855) 833-3221 to see if they have other troubleshooting tips to help get the soundbar working as intended.
