Having your sound bar not functioning correctly doesn't sound ideal, and I understand wanting to look into this. Have you had a chance to check if other tech is working with that electrical outlet? Within VIZIO's Troubleshooting Guide, they also suggest resetting the cables connected to the sound bar as well, to ensure there is a sturdy connection. Let me know when you get the chance to try these out, and if this issue is still occuring.
