USB video loop interrupted by tech message

Hi, I am trying to get an art video to play on loop. Usually it works fine but this time there is a black screen that says file formatt not supported that pops up every loop cycle, destroying the atmosphere and making my installation look unprofessional. can anyone help? I am using a .mov file. originally I tried a m4v file but that was invisible on the folder.  thanks!

Re: USB video loop interrupted by tech message

Hi allisonk,

Eek! I understand that an error message can really send the wrong vibes that you're not wanting in your art display. Hopefully, I'll be able to help you with this matter.

.MOV is a Quick Time file format only supported on Apple products. Since your display isn't an Apple branded monitor/TV I'm sure that's why the error is occurring. I'd recommend looking into your monitor/TV owner's manual to see what files are supported. Picking a supported format would most likely mitigate this issue.

I hope this helps you resolve your issue.

Kindly,
