Welcome to our Best Buy community forum! As someone who enjoys ending the day by relaxing and putting on a good show, I know how discouraging it can be when you instead encounter an error message that won't go away. That's no fun, but I'm glad you reached out to us for support.
Before I get started, can you please provide more details? Did this error message just randomly appear? Is the TV connected to cable or an antenna? I know sometimes that error can pop up if "Antenna" was selected during the set-up process, so then the TV starts trying to scan for channels.
If you could also provide your TV model, that would help as well.
