Toshiba Smart TV

Hi There, got the Toshiba 43LF711U20 today and running into troubles during set-up.

Installed the NBC app and trying to start Live TV in that app. Once i'm trying to get connector through my provider i'm always getting back to the page of the providers. Trying this 3 times i receive different error messages.

Already cleared the cache for that App as written in one of the error messages.

 

Any idea how to get into the live TV for these Apps?
