@Czucchi You need to contact Toshiba Customer care. Or do one thing Restart all the devices or clear history. Then reset again

I am having same issues with Fire tv losing connection to the Amazon cloud. Several times per day. It sounds like Toshiba and/or Amazon has some technical issue across all of these devices. Please provide a fix or we can all go back to using our Roku sticks.

I am having the same issue with my 4K 50" fire tv. I will be watching tv and it will freeze up and then when I try to connect to the internet and put in my wifi password it says it is connecting then the password screen comes up again over and over (and yes, I have checked to make sure I am using the correct pw).
the steps I have taken are:
restarted the tv
un plugged the tv from the wall for 2 min and turned it back on
reset the tv to factory settings
rebooted my router
My other tv in the hosue is working fine. My internet is working fine on my computer. My Alexa is working fine.
I am VERY dissapointed in this TV
What other steps can I take?

I'm having the same problem and I'll tell you with 100% certainty that the solution is NOT increase speed. I have a wired connection and it happens all the time. Ususally if the tv shuts itself off from inactivity. I have to unplug the ethernet cable from the back of the tv to get it to reconnect. I don't use wifi with this tv becasue my modem sits 2 feet away and there is absolutely no point for that. If your already telling people to unplug tv, unplug modem, factory reset, you might as well tell them an easier solution and it's obviously the TV.
TLDR just physically disconnect ethernet from tv and reconnect. It's a pain to have to do this to a TV that is 2 months old but it works.
