Toshiba FireTV internet connection issues

I had the same problem: connection to internet was constantly down even connection to Wi-Fi was jn and good.

After different tricks including suggested in the forum and long discussions with my providor I found  the solution: Increase Internet speed!

I've started having trouble with my Toshiba 4k fire TV edition a couple weeks after buying it. The first issue was that the controller wasn't working completely, only the power button was. Toshiba sent me a new controller and now I can't connect to the internet. It was fine and now it can't detect any signal, normally the TV would detect 7-10 signals since I live in an apartment. Now it can't detect any, my phone and computer are not having any issues connecting to the WiFi

@Czucchi You need to contact Toshiba Customer care. Or do one thing Restart all the devices or clear history. Then reset again

I've done the factory reset multiple times and I contacted Toshiba, they're sending a technician tomorrow. The part that really bothers me is the TV started having trouble on the 16th day after I bought it and Best buy only has a 15 day return policy
