It’s a long one but-
Bought the TV open box, no remote. Started it up and somehow managed to find a random old tv remote that worked with it, got an actual FireTV remote and it wouldn’t sync. I factored reset the tv and now nothing. I turn on the TV and I can’t select the language with the Fire remote but can with a normal remote. FireTV remote is a full no go. Got a FireStick and remote, still the same problem.
