I bought a 2019 43" toshiba smart fire tv back in april and it was working perfectly find for thr first couple months. but slowly everything stopped working. Disney+ stopped working, starz doesnt load, FXnow wont even get past the opening page anymore. But netflix and hulu work just fine. It was like as soon as i mounted it everything stopped working. I thought it was my wifi so i bought better wifi but its still not working. I have tried factory resetting it. still didnt work. Ive. tried literally everything and im so desperate to fix this problem. anything that helps would be amazing. i just dont know what to do anymore.

I can certainly understand wanting to get support with that, as it sounds like several of your streaming apps are not working as they should on your TV. Amazon does have different troubleshooting tips for Fire TV devices, such as your TV, that can be viewed here. I'd like to invite you to review these further to see if this can resolve those issues.
