Getting a new TV is a big deal, so I can imagine you put a lot of thought into finding the perfect unit to meet your needs. That is why it hurts me to hear that you're having trouble with your Toshiba Fire TV.
That's not the stress-free experience we wanted for you with this TV. It sounds like you've given a lot of great steps a try, so I'm sad that none of them did the trick. That said, have you checked out our Home Theater Troubleshooting Guide for more ideas?
If you're still having trouble after giving those troubleshooting tips a try, I can look into this further, but I would need the model number.
