Have you already tried all of the troubleshooting steps listed above in this thread? If those don't work, your next best bet is to contact Toshiba at (800) 457-7777.
Whenever you return a product with a saved password on it, it is a good idea to change those passwords. If you aren't able to get that reset to go through after talking to Toshiba, changing those passwords prior to a return is your best step.

I just bought a toshiba fire tv during Amazon Prime, worked great until yesterday. I can get into the streaming apps (you tube, History, Netflix) I can select the clip I wish to watch and I either get a error message on YouTube or a blank screen on the other apps. I have no problems with the other two tv’s that also have a fire stick. Both of them work fine. Yes I have them all on a WiFi network, but two are never on the network at the same time.
