I am trying to connect my receiver to the tv using HDMI arc.  Is there some trick in the set up that will make this work.  I have a high speed cable connected from my HDMI arc on the receiver to the HDMI arc on the TV.  The instructions on how to do this are so simple, however they dont seem to work.  So what is the trick to making the sound work through the receiver.  I have changed set up on the TV and the receiver, I dont have an optical cable, nor is it an option.  The receiver is a Denon, and the TV is the Toshiba 55 in fire tv.  Any help would be greatlly appreciated.
