I am happy to see jdogg was able to find the replacement for you. Often times I have to turn to 3rd party sites such as eBay and Amazon to find aftermarket remotes.

I also bought a new remote through Amazon and it still will not allow me to sync the remote. It will turn it on and off and navigate but, not sync to complete setup. I guess I need to try this other remote and hope it works.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Best Buy Forums. When I get a new remote, I want it to work right away, so I understand your frustration. As you can see in the previous posts, not all remotes on Amazon will work. I would recommend either buying the remote that was linked above, or go to the PartStore and find a remote that says is compatible with the model number.
