Toshiba Fire TV Internet Connection Issues

So, I purchased my Toshiba Fire Tv back in February 2019. I haven’t used it until March 2019 because I was saving it for when I moved. However, now that I’m using this TV I’m having internet connection issues. At first I thought it was my internet, but it isn’t. Then I looked up Toshiba Fire TV internet connect issues to find out I’m having the same issues as others. I don’t believe resetting or resetting the TV back to its original (default) settings is going to do anything. So I ask what can I do?

Welcome to our community! Thank you for sharing that you’re also having some connectivity issues with your Toshiba Fire TV. I’d be happy to see what advice we can offer at this time.


I understand that you feel like power cycling the TV and resetting it back to the factory settings won’t help the Wi-Fi issue, however, we’d need you do those steps rule out an issue that can be fixed by doing those things. Can you please share if you’ve given those steps a shot? Also, can you please share model number of your TV with us? I’d be happy to see what further troubleshooting steps I may be able to provide.
